- All prints are done by hand, so
  there may be clarity and blurring of the print, and
  there may be slight differences in position and spacing.


Care Instructions
- To maintain the printing,
  use a soft sponge or cloth to clean it.
- After washing, dry it completely in a shaded and well-ventilated place before
  using.
- Avoid using a dishwasher, oven, microwave, direct fire, or induction.
- Products damaged by incorrect cleaning methods
  cannot be exchanged/returned.

- The phenomenon of lumping/wrinkles/curves at the mouth line of the cup is a natural phenomenon that occurs
  because the entire surface of the product
  cannot receive the temperature of the fire evenly during the baking process to make the part that touches the mouth thick and soft
. - There may be air bubbles, fine scratches, and color transfer during the manufacturing process.
- The lines at the mouth of the cup are all made by hand, so they are not smooth or have
  an uneven shape and may have lumping/wrinkles/curves/bubbles.

‣ Products damaged by incorrect washing methods cannot be exchanged/returned.
- Please wash with a soft sponge or cloth.
- The print may fade over time if detergent is used repeatedly.
- We do not recommend using a dishwasher. The print may fade when used.
