Shipment Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Express delivery is available at additional charge at check-out.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at hello@littlesurething.com
Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $99 for all US orders, and $199 for Canada orders.
To request a shipping address change, please email hello@littlesurething.com within 2 hours after placing an order. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard international shipping may take up to 15 business days depending on your location. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Sure Thing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
NYC Curbside Pick-Up
Free curbside pick-up is available at Bryant Park NYC 2 or 3 days each week, please contact us for details.
If you placed an order & selected the pick-up option, you will be receiving email or text messages for scheduling a pickup date & time.
Lost package
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Little sure thing is responsible for your package up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier.
We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact UPS or USPS to submit a claim.
All our packages are insured so you will be able to receive a full refund from the carrier company once your claim has been approved. We are not responsible for any stolen, delayed, or lost packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us with photos of the damaged item and a brief description to initiate the refund or exchange process, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we have confirmed the item's condition, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for return or exchange. Unfortunately, if a request is not received in time, a refund or exchange will not be granted. Original shipping cost are not refundable.
