Little Sure Thing does not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return request first to be eligible for receiving store credits for alternative purchase(s).
We have a 10-day return (store credit only) policy. All return requests must be made within 10 days after the original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Original shipping cost of the order is not refundable. The customer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning the item.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once a return is received and accepted, you will be issued with store credits in the form of a gift card via email. Please allow us 7 business days to process the return items.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email us with photos of the damaged item and a brief description to initiate the refund or exchange process, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we have confirmed the item's condition, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for return or exchange. Unfortunately, if a request is not received in time, a refund or exchange will not be granted. Original shipping cost are not refundable.
