Shipping Rate

We are currently not accepting international orders.

Free standard shipping for all orders over $99;

$8 flat shipping fee will be applied on all orders below $99 within the NYC and NJ region;

$12.95 flat shipping fee will be applied on all orders below $99 for all other 

Continental States of the United States;

Lost package

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Little sure thing is responsible for your package up until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to locate packages or contact UPS or USPS to submit a claim. All our packages are insured so you will be able to receive a full refund from the carrier company once your claim has been approved. We are not responsible for any stolen, delayed, or lost packages.

Return & Exchange

We do not offer direct return or exchange unless the item is damaged or defected. Return will be accepted in the form of STORE CREDIT only. All return request must be made within 7 days of the original delivery date.

Original shipping cost are not refundable and we are currently not providing free return shipping, we are not responsible for lost or damaged return items, please make sure to pack and secure the item well when packing for your returned package. 

Little sure thing reserve the right to deny the refund, exchange, or store credit of any item(s). 

Damaged items (Refund and Replacement)

In case of order arrives damaged for any reason during transportation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package in order to qualify for the return or exchange. 

Please email us at hello@littlesurething.com with photos of the damaged item and a brief description to initiate the refund or exchange process. 

The refund of the damaged item will be offered in the original form of payment or in the form of free replacement upon approving the return/exchange request. Unfortunately, original shipping cost are not refundable.
